Service Description

This recovery edition will take you through gentle movement and deep stretches with longer holds to reduce soreness and calm the nervous system to recover, reset, and get you ready for whatever is next.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel any booked class/session up to 3 hours prior to start time with no penalty. Cancellations made within 3 hours of start time will result in loss of session credit. Cancellations made less than 30 minutes prior to start time, or class/session no shows will result in a $10.00 fee being charged to the card on file. Exceptions for emergencies may be considered at our sole discretion. Requests must be sent via email for review.
