Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel any booked class/session up to 3 hours prior to start time with no penalty. Cancellations made within 3 hours of start time will result in loss of session credit. Cancellations made less than 30 minutes prior to start time, or class/session no shows will result in a $10.00 fee being charged to the card on file. Exceptions for emergencies may be considered at our sole discretion. Requests must be sent via email for review.
