This isn’t about chasing abs. It’s about building strength where everything starts. Abs in April focuses on intentional core training that improves stability, posture, and total body strength. Complete each exercise for 30 seconds (per side, if applicable), followed by 20 seconds of rest. Continue for 3-5 rounds. Advanced: Complete each exercise for 45 seconds (per side, if applicable), followed by 15 seconds of rest. Continue for 3-5 rounds.
