FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

POLICIES, TERMS, AND CONDITIONS

Participation in or use of any J.Gil Fitness services, programs, or content, and/or any purchase, constitutes your voluntary acceptance of our policies, terms and conditions, and waiver and release of liability.  Revisions may be made at any time, in our sole discretion by updating this section. Continued use of any services, programs, or content, and/or any purchase will constitute your acceptance of all policies, terms and conditions, and waiver and release of liability.  If we make material changes, such modification will be effective with written notice, if permitted under the applicable law. Such notice will be in our sole discretion, and the manner of the notification may be via email, posted notice on the website or app, or other manner.  Contact us at exceed@jgilfitness.com with any questions.

 

Access to events, services, and programs:

An active package or membership is required to access any service and/or program.  All access will be terminated upon cancellation.  Advanced registration is required for all events, consultations, check ins, and training sessions/classes.

J.Gil Fitness reserves the right to make modify or cancel any event, service, and/or program at any time with written notice when possible.

We practice safety first and encourage you to consult with a Physician before starting any program, and any time you experience an injury.  It is your responsibility to disclose any injuries, medical conditions, or necessary modifications prior to participating.  If you were seen by a Physician, a signed release is required prior to participating. 

Personal items at the studio:

All personal items must remain in the lobby while training at the Studio and taken with you each time you leave.  We do not provide long term storage for personal equipment or items.  We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal equipment or items.

Referral program:

Refer a new client and receive a $20 account credit after they purchase a membership*.

*New client must mention referral at time of purchase.  Account credit may be used towards a future billing or purchase.  No cash value.

 

Packages, memberships, and payments:

Subject to certain restrictions by law, all sales are final. Your initial purchase of any package or membership may be cancelled with request sent by email within 3 business days of initial purchase, and all monies paid, subject to any portion used, shall be refunded to you. 
Business days are defined as Monday to Friday, except federal holidays. 

A membership is defined as a package with recurring billing using a card on file (i.e. automatic payments).  Billing cycles are effective as of the purchase date, and are not modified by program start date, reschedules, etc. 

Memberships may be paused for up to 90 days per rolling calendar year.  To pause your existing membership(s), e-mail us at exceed@jgilfitness.com at least 15 business days in advance of the next scheduled billing.  Memberships will be paused for one billing cycle per request.  Requests submitted via any other outlet will not be processed.  Requests received after the required notice will result in one additional billing (as outlined by membership) charged prior to membership pause.  A processing fee of 20% of the regular price of your membership will be assessed on any request to pause, and will be applied to your account as a credit towards your next billing. 

Requests to modify or cancel any membership must be sent by e-mail to exceed@jgilfitness.com at least 15 business days in advance of the next scheduled billing.  Requests submitted via any other outlet will not be processed.  Requests received after the required advance notice will result in one final billing cycle charged (as outlined by membership).  J.Gil Fitness reserves the right to deny excessive requests to modify or pause any membership for any reason. 

J.Gil Fitness reserves the right to modify or discontinue any package and/or membership at any time with written notice when possible.
