After an extended break, J.Gil Fitness and Industrial Donut are teaming up to offer you a fun, community event supporting a balanced lifestyle.  We will get our workout on together at the park, hosted by J.Gil Fitness, then head to Industrial Donut to enjoy some donuts.

WHEN: Saturday, August 20 at 8A

WHERE: We orginally planned to workout at Burwash Park in Savoy, however, due to rain we are making the switch over to the J.Gil Fitness Studio - 313B S. Staley Rd. in Champaign + we've added a live virtual option.  Pick up your donuts after at Industrial Donut.

WORKOUT: CampEx is a total body strength workout that'll have you sweating and your muscles burning. Through functional training and intentional movement you'll learn to move more effectively and efficiently to reach optimal results. This class is for EVERY body with optional regressions and progressions provided.

AFTER:  After we get our workout on together, head to Industrial Donut to pick up your donuts.

PRICE:  $10 per person - includes workout and 2 donut tokens.   Existing packages/memberships can also be used to sign up via the app or website.

Open to all fitness levels.

Please bring an exercise mat for use.
