J.Gil Fitness turns 3 on Friday 3/12!!! We are so excited to celebrate this anniversary, and can't think of a better way to do it than with you. And to make it even better, celebrate and get fit with the class that started it all - CampEx.

What: CampEx - Group Personal Training will start by teaching you how to move more efficiently and effectively while boosting strength, mobility, balance, and endurance. Experience strength training and cardio full body movements that’ll have you sweating and your muscles burning. All fitness levels. Equipment required: 2 dumbbells.
It's important to remember where you started so let's take a quick minute to appreciate the history of J.Gil Fitness. Things looked a bit different in 2018 as CampEx and personal training was offered outdoors only, weather permitting. Throughout the last 3 years, J.Gil Fitness has been so lucky to continue growing and connecting with you. Most recently by opening our first private fitness studio. The new studio has allowed us to continue to grow by providing you a variety of indoor/outdoor/live virtual Group Training classes, and online and in-studio personal training options. Plus we've added phenomenal Trainers to the team to give you the best of the best. We can't thank you enough for all of the love and support over the last 3 years, and can't wait continue this journey with you!
