WHEN: Saturday, June 3 at 8A WHERE: We'll sweat together at Burwash Park where it all started - 350 Burwash Ave. in Savoy. 

WORKOUT: CampEx is a total body strength workout that'll have you sweating and your muscles burning. Through functional training and intentional movement you'll learn to move more effectively and efficiently to reach optimal results. This class is for EVERY body with optional regressions and progressions provided.

Open to all fitness levels. Please bring an exercise mat for use. A water bottle and sweat towel is also recommended.

It's important to remember where you started so, let's take a minute to appreciate the history of J.Gil Fitness. Things looked a bit different in 2018 as J.Gil Fitness started as a one-woman show with CampEx at Burwash Park. In March 2020, the lease for the first J.Gil Fitness Studio was signed, only to be postponed until May as the World temporarily shut down. Since then, J.Gil Fitness has been so lucky to grow with new and old friends, new Trainers, and new services to best help transform lifestyles. We can't thank you enough for all of the love and support throughout these past few years, and we can't wait to continue on this wild journey with you!
