The answer is, life is busy, but we couldn't pass up the opportunity to celebrate with our favorite people for an infamous CampEx Park Pop Up at the original J.Gil Fitness Studio - Burwash Park.

WHERE: We'll sweat together at Burwash Park where it all started - 350 Burwash Ave. in Savoy.
WORKOUT: CampEx is a total body strength workout that'll have you sweating and your muscles burning. Through functional training and intentional movement you'll learn to move more effectively and efficiently to reach optimal results.
