WHERE: The original JGF studio, Burwash Park - 350 Burwash Ave. in Savoy.
WHAT TO EXPECT: Come ready to move, sweat, and laugh. CampEx is a total body functional strength workout that'll have you sweating and your muscles burning. For this special edition, we're taking it outside and stripping down our equipment to body weight and resistance bands.
WHAT TO BRING: An exercise mat or something similar to use for ground work, if desired.
