Tuesday,  May 30th marks 1,095 days since the J.Gil Fitness Studio opened -  that's 3 freaking years!  And we can't think of a better way to celebrate than getting our workout on with you.

Group Training schedule: Tuesday 5/30 - AerobEx 5:30P & TREx 6:30P. Wednesday 5/31 - CampEx 5:30P & FLEx Yoga 6:30P, plus a special 6A class announced soon. Thursday 6/1 - CampEx 5:30P Friday 6/2 - CampEx 6A, Open Gym 7A & 8A Saturday 6/3 - CampEx 8A Sunday 6/4 - TREx 9A Classes hosted in-studio and live virtual.

It's  important to remember where you started so, let's take a minute to  appreciate the history of J.Gil Fitness. Things looked a bit different  in 2018 as J.Gil Fitness started as a one-woman show with CampEx at  Burwash Park.  In March 2020, the lease for the first J.Gil Fitness  Studio was signed, only to be postponed until May as the World  temporarily shut down.  Since then, J.Gil Fitness has been so lucky to  grow with new and old friends, new Trainers, and new services to best  help transform lifestyles.  We can't thank you enough for all of the  love and support throughout these past few years, and we can't wait to  continue on this wild journey with you!
