Now that the weather is getting nicer, J.Gil Fitness' is super excited to be hosting bar crawl classes again!!! This time with a twist as we will be hosting a variety of our class offerings throughout the season. First up, join us for "POWer at the Pub", Bentley's Pub that is, and stay for a socially distanced beverage and hangs after.
When: Class starts at 2P Sunday, May 16th. Please arrive a few minutes early to check-in. Bentley's Pub will open at 3P. Where: Bentley's Pub - 419 N. Neil in Champaign. Class will be outdoors in the parking lot behind Bentley's Pub. What: POWer - Build stamina, improve coordination, and burn max calories with this boxing-inspired cardio workout. You'll experience various rounds of punches, kicks, combos, and fitness movements to the beat of music. And leave feeling fierce and POWerful.
Open to all fitness levels, no experience required, must be 21+ to participate. Masks must be worn outside of your exercise space and while not seated at a table.
Spots must be reserved to maintain capacity limits - DM or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to reserve yours. Event is $20 per person, cash/venmo only - includes workout, bottle of water, and one beverage ticket. Beverage tickets must be used at Bentley's Pub on the 16th by close.
