Where: J.Gil Fitness - 313B S. Staley Rd. Champaign.  Workout will also be hosted live virtually via Zoom.

Workout:  CampEx is a total body strength workout that'll have you sweating and  your muscles burning. Through functional training and intentional movement you'll learn to move more effectively and efficiently using a  variety of equipment to reach optimal results. 

This class is for EVERY body with optional regressions and progressions provided.  Must be 18+ years of age.
