Join us, if you dare, for a witchin' good time at Trick or TREx.
WHEN: We fly (class starts) at 5:30P on Thursday, 10/30.
WHERE: The J.Gil Fitness Studio.
WHAT: TREx is a one stop shop utilizing suspension straps to leverage body weight against gravity with easy to follow progressions. Every movement is a total body exercise as you leverage your body against gravity, helping you burn more calories in less time.
