Service Description
CampEx is a total body strength workout that'll have you sweating and your muscles burning. Through functional training and intentional movement you'll learn to move more effectively and efficiently using a variety of equipment to reach optimal results. This class is for EVERY body with optional regressions and progressions provided. Witch, please... Costumes are highly encouraged, and the workout will have a festive theme bwahaha. CampEx is offered in 35 (express) and 50 minute formats.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel any booked class/session up to 3 hours prior to start time with no penalty. Cancellations made within 3 hours of start time will result in loss of session credit. Cancellations made less than 30 minutes prior to start time, or class/session no shows will result in a $10.00 fee being charged to the card on file. Exceptions for emergencies may be considered at our sole discretion. Requests must be sent via email for review.
