Service Description
CampEx is a total body strength workout that'll have you sweating and your muscles burning. Through functional training and intentional movement you'll learn to move more effectively and efficiently using a variety of equipment to reach optimal results. This class is for EVERY body with optional regressions and progressions provided. Witch, please... Costumes are highly encouraged, and the workout will have a festive theme bwahaha. CampEx is offered in 35 (express) and 50 minute formats. Required equipment varies by class and will be sent via the app chat feature prior to class start.
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel any booked class/session up to 3 hours prior to start time with no penalty. Cancellations made within 3 hours of start time will result in loss of session credit. Cancellations made less than 30 minutes prior to start time, or class/session no shows will result in a $10.00 fee being charged to the card on file. Exceptions for emergencies may be considered at our sole discretion. Requests must be sent via email for review.
