Cancellation Policy

Sessions may be cancelled up to 12 hours prior to start without penalty. Cancellations made within 12 hours of start will forfeit the session credit. Cancellations made less than 30 minutes prior to start time, or session no shows will result in a $30.00 fee being charged to the card on file. Exceptions for emergencies may be considered at our sole discretion. Requests must be sent via email for review.
