Service Description

Recommended for any body ready to break a sweat. Every movement is a total body exercise as you leverage your body against gravity using suspension straps, helping you burn more calories in less time. Be in control of the level of difficulty by adjusting your body's position to increase or decrease resistance as you experience exercises that build strength and balance followed by short bursts of cardio for heart health. TREx is offered in 35 and 50 minute formats.
