We're taking it back to the original J.Gil Fitness studio for our infamous CampEx Park Pop Up!
WHEN: Saturday, 7/19 at 8:30A.
WHAT TO EXPECT: CampEx is a total body functional strength workout that'll have you sweating and your muscles burning. At the park, we'll strip our equipment down to the essentials—body weight and resistance bands. This class is recommended for EVERY body 18+.
