GROUP TRAINING

There's something to be said about the power of sweating and grinding your way through workouts together.  Think of us as your friend with health benefits making exercise an energizing, social experience. 

 

We've got classes to support every body from functional strength training to mind and body restoration.  Each session is intentionally programmed with similar workouts over four weeks for consistency and progress - that's how we reach optimal results.​  Our in-studio and live virtual classes are kept small to provide a safe space for every body to move efficiently and effectively, so advanced booking is required for all sessions.

Class Descriptions

Let us take the guesswork out for you.

Our Group Training schedule balances growth and recovery with options to join us in-studio and live virtually.  While every session is total body focused, we include muscle focused training days to reach optimal results

Monday:  total body functional strength

Tuesday:  core alignment + total body conditioning

Wednesday:  upper body functional strength

Thursday:  lower body functional strength + total body restoration

Friday:  rest

Saturday:  total body functional strength + conditioning

Sunday:  total body lengthen + strengthen

CampEx - the class that started it all.

Functional strength training that'll have our muscles burning using a variety of equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, and more.  This weight lifting class is recommended for every body.

ClubEx - we run this club.

We'll sweat together in this high energy, total body conditioning and agility workout using body weight and more.  Recommended for those with an established routine.

COREx - solid to the core.

Blends mat pilates and functional strength training to build a solid, aligned foundation.  Recommended for every body.

FLEx + flow - energize what empowers you.

We'll align mind, body, and soul with flowing yoga and pilates movements.  Recommended for those with an established routine.

FLEx + stretch - slow down and recharge.

Slow down and recharge amidst the chaos of life with passive stretches and restorative yoga poses in this ultimate experience in restoration.  Recommended for every body.

Open Gym - unstructured workout session.

Come in to the Studio and do your own thing, work at your own pace, and explore what your body can do in this unstructured session.  Not sure what to do?  We're happy to provide a workout that aligns with your goals for the session.  Recommended for every body.

TREx - bodyweight vs gravity.

We'll leave feeling stronger and more energized after leveraging our body's position against gravity using suspensions straps fused with bursts of cardio conditioning.  Recommended for every body.
