CampEx

Exercise. Experience. Exceed.

Group Personal Training will start by teaching you how to move more efficiently and effectively while boosting strength, mobility, balance, and endurance.  Experience strength training and cardio full body movements that’ll have you sweating and your muscles burning.   With a new workout every day, these classes are designed to keep the body guessing.

 

Classes constantly evolve to meet the needs of participants so count on instruction on great form and technique, and modifications - progressions and regressions, to safely and effectively reach your goals at almost any fitness level.   (45/60min)

POWer

Build stamina, improve coordination, sculpt your body, and burn max calories with this boxing-inspired cardio workout.  Experience various rounds of punches, kicks, combos, and fitness movements to the beat of music.  Leave feeling fierce and POWerful.  No experience necessary.   (45/60min)

Flow

Flow combines strength and mobility work to enhance balance, coordination, flexibility, and stability.  A flowing sequence of poses enhanced with optional blocks allows you to work at whatever level you are at in the moment.  This vinyasa-like structured flow class requires thoughtful movements and body awareness.   (45min)

TREx

One stop shop utilizing suspension straps to leverage body weight against gravity with easy to follow progressions.  Every movement is a total body exercise as you leverage your body against gravity, helping you burn more calories in less time.  Be in control of the level of difficulty by simply adjusting your body's position to increase or decrease resistance as you alternate between exercises that build strength and balance with cardio intervals.

 

Recommended for anyone who’s ready to break a sweat.  It's a total body strength and endurance workout that'll leave you hooked.   (45min)

Barre

Join our unique barre-less Barre experience.  No dance experience needed.

 

BarreAbove fitness is a hybrid workout class combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates and strength training.  Barre focuses on high reps of small range movements to improve posture, flexibility, strength, and balance.   (60min)

Barre Motion

Barre Motion is a cardio-centric, low impact exercise class with a reputation for changing bodies through ballet and pilates style fitness movement.  No experience necessary.   (60min)

Zumba

A dance-fitness party designed to bring people together to sweat it out.  A total body workout - combining cardio, conditioning, and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave.   (45/60min)
