I appreciate the sentiment behind “Never miss a Monday”. Most people shift back into their work week routine. Most people see Monday as a fresh start to the week. Maybe you’re favorite class is on Monday (I know it is because that’s when I coach, ha).
But, what if that’s not the start of your work week? What if you’ve already worked out several days in a row? What if your Monday schedule doesn’t have time for a workout? What if your body is telling you to skip the Monday workout due to exhaustion, sickness, etc?
I’m here to say that it’s okay to miss a Monday. You can start fresh any day. You can set and start goals any day. Don’t ever feel bad for missing a Monday, or any other day for that matter. Pick up where you left off and keep working towards those goals.
