I started J.Gil Fitness to offer an unconventional, yet very effective way to train while enjoying the benefits of being outdoors. That concept works for as long as Mother Nature wants to play nice. A second part of my reasoning was to bring attention to the significant results you can achieve using your body as your equipment. Using your body weight gives you the flexibility to train anywhere, anytime. Less excuses, right?
